Glossary

  • Co-Creation

Making a piece together: your idea + our craft.

  • Visionary

Anyone who brings a fresh idea for a custom piece.

  • Co-Creator

A Visionary after their first Morni piece is finished.

  • Featured Co-Creator

A Co-Creator who keeps producing with Morni and sells ongoing pieces on the platform.

  • Design House

A studio of people, techniques, materials, and its own design language that turns visions into garments.

Process

  • How does Morni work?

    Two entry points:

    • Start from scratch—share a new idea.
    • Customise from our store.

Either path builds your Morni Vision Board, which kicks off design sessions, artisan work, traceable updates, and delivery.

  • How long does it take?

    • Custom co-created pieces: ~44 days door-to-door.
    • Retail pieces: each product page lists its own production time (typically 7–14 days).
  • How do I track or reorder my piece?

Tap the NFC chip or scan the QR sewn inside to view the timeline, care tips, and a one-click “Re-order” button with your saved measurements.

  • Are Morni pieces sustainable?

All garments are made-to-order from natural or regenerative fibres—zero dead stock. Each piece carries a digital birth certificate for full traceability.

Costs & Logistics

  • What determines the price of a piece?

Four main levers: silhouette, material, technique, and the depth of that technique. If you collaborate with a Featured Co-Creator/artist, design fees may apply.

  • What does it cost?

    • Retail pieces: start at US $111.
    • Custom co-created pieces: base around US $250—there’s no upper limit; complexity dictates price.
  • What’s your return policy?

Because every piece is made-to-measure, we can’t accept size-based returns or exchanges. You approve the design and submit your measurements. If a manufacturing defect appears, email support@mymorni.com within 7 days and we’ll resolve it case-by-case.

  • How do shipping and fees work?

We ship worldwide via UPS or FedEx. A single piece costs US $30–$50 to ship, depending on weight and destination; multiple pieces in one order are capped at US $50. Delivery after production is usually 5–10 business days.

B2B (Brands & Collections)

  • What services does Morni provide?

End-to-end: concept development, design, tech-pack creation (incl. grading), fabric sourcing, sampling, and full-scale production.

  • Can I add extras?

Optional add-ons: full BTS production content, blockchain certificates, and e-commerce photo shoots.

  • What’s the B2B process?

Sampling first, then production. Full timeline here →https://stories.mymorni.ai/brand-partners.

  • What does B2B sampling cost?

Sampling starts at US $555 and includes two sample variants; add more variants if needed.

  • Minimum order & production timeline?

MOQ is low—usually 20 pieces per style. First samples land in ~6 weeks; once approved, production runs are usually 3–4 weeks.

  • How is pricing set for production?

Transparent bill of materials and cost sheet before you commit; price depends on fabric, technique, and volume.
